Information you choose to send
If you email or submit feedback, the message may include your name, email address, organization, source URL, correction details, and any context you provide voluntarily.
Analytics and technical logs
Hosting, security, and analytics tools may process technical data such as IP-derived location, device/browser metadata, visited pages, referrers, timestamps, errors, and performance events.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the website, triage source corrections, improve SIF research coverage, respond to enquiries, maintain security, and understand which public pages need better evidence.
Third-party services
Hosting, analytics, email, document, source-link, and future form providers may process data under their own policies. External AMC, AMFI, and registrar sites are outside elitefunds control.
Retention and requests
Source-feedback records may be retained while they are useful for auditability and correction history. Visitors can request correction or deletion of personal information they submitted.
Sensitive information boundary
Do not use elitefunds as an account-servicing channel.
Do not send PAN, Aadhaar, bank account, demat, folio, login, OTP, password, or full portfolio details.
Do not send instructions to buy, sell, switch, redeem, or transfer investments.
Do not submit documents that identify another person unless you are authorized to do so.
Use official AMC, RIA, distributor, or registrar channels for account-specific service requests.
Privacy requests
Use the same auditable contact path for privacy and source issues.
Email contact@elitefunds.in for privacy requests connected to information you submitted. Include enough context to identify the message or correction record without sending sensitive account data.
